Aneta Żebrowska


Aneta Żebrowska M.Sc. (ORCID ID: 0000-0001-6049-301X) is a graduate of the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Her master’s thesis, dedicated to research on free radicals and antioxidant enzymes, was realized at the Department of Human and Animal Physiology, Faculty of Biology, Silesian University in Katowice. In February 2019, she joined the Laboratory of Clinical Proteomics in the Centre for Translational Research and Molecular Biology of Cancer of the Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology (MSCNRIO) Gliwice Branch as a contractor of the National Science Centre project 2016/22/M/NZ5/00667 “Molecular profiling of tumor-derived exosomes in plasma of patients with melanoma”. She is currently employed as a biologist in the Laboratory of Clinical Proteomics at MSCNRIO Gliwice Branch. Her Ph.D. thesis, supervised by Monika Pietrowska, Ph.D., D.Sc., deals with characterization of the proteome of small extracellular vesicles isolated from the plasma of patients diagnosed with melanoma.
